Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up or login. Open the editor and start creating your invoice immediately. Your draft is saved locally in your browser.
Where is my invoice data stored?
All data is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. If you clear your browser data, your saved draft will be removed.
Can I switch templates without losing my data?
Yes. All ten templates use the same underlying data. You can switch between designs at any time and your information carries over instantly.
What currencies are supported?
invoice.now supports 20 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and JPY. Select your currency from the dropdown in the header.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Click the logo area on the invoice preview to upload a PNG or JPG image. Your logo is stored locally and included in the PDF export.
What format is the downloaded invoice?
Invoices are downloaded as PDF files, ready to send to clients by email or any file-sharing method. The PDF matches the template you see in the editor.
Does invoice.now work on mobile?
